We spend so much energy trying to change what's on the outside. New plan. New start. More discipline. We rearrange the furniture in our lives and hope that this time it will be different.<\/p>\n
But what if the real change doesn't begin on the outside, but on the inside? Not by pushing harder, but by drawing closer to God?<\/p>\n
Our own band, \u00c5benlovsang, has written a new song. It's called \"Life in Abundance,\" and the chorus says it so simply:<\/p>\n

It doesn't say: When we get everything under control, everything is transformed. It doesn't say: When we become good enough, everything is transformed. It says: When we step into His presence.<\/p>\n That's exactly what Paul writes:<\/p>\n \"And all of us, with unveiled faces, can now see his glory \u2026 and that glory leaves its mark on us, so that we are transformed into his likeness as we receive from his Spirit, going from glory to ever greater glory.\" (2 Corinthians 3:18)<\/p>\n We become what we look at. If you're stuck in what's hard, you'll start to resemble the hard thing. But if you spend time in God's presence, you begin to resemble him. Slowly. From glory to ever greater glory.<\/p>\n And it's a gift, not an achievement. The song's bridge captures it: \"All You want, all You do, is to give freely.\" You can't earn life in abundance. You can only open up and receive.<\/p>\n \"I have come so that they may have life, yes, life in abundance.\" (John 10:10)<\/p>\n That's what Jesus wants for you. Not just enough life to get through the week. Life in abundance.<\/p>\n
