Behandling af persondata

Vi sikrer fair og transparent databehandling

When we ask you to provide us with your personal data, we tell you which data we process about you and for what purpose. You receive that information at the time your personal data is collected.

Vi anvender denne type data om dig

We use data about you to improve what we do and to maintain quality in our services and in our contact with you.

Generelt indsamler vi syv typer af data:

We collect and store your personal data for specific purposes

We collect name, address, telephone number and email address from every group. The purpose is to administer the relationship with us that you have consented to.

Re. 1 and 2: We store: the Danish CPR number for statutory reporting to the tax authority; employees' contracts and other documents relating to their employment; agreements and relevant documents for leaders entrusted with responsibility for their service; volunteers' CPR numbers in connection with fees and mileage, for statutory reporting to the tax authority; and photographs, video and audio recordings for use on the website and social media.

Ad 3: For financial contributors who have indicated that they want tax relief on their giving, we also store the CPR number for our reporting to the tax authority.

Ad 4: We send relevant information to our members through our newsletter, one of the church's most important channels. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email, or by using the contact details above.

Ad 7: Where binding agreements exist, we store contracts and relevant documents, along with ordinary personal data for contact persons, in connection with our cooperation with external associations and organisations.

We only process data about you that is relevant and adequate for the purposes set out above. The purpose determines which types of data are relevant to us, and how much data we collect. We do not, for example, collect more data than we need for the specific purpose.

We only process the personal data we need

We only collect, process and store the personal data necessary to fulfil the purposes we have set out. In addition, legislation may determine which types of data must be collected and stored — a membership list, for example. The type and extent of the personal data we process may also be necessary in order to fulfil a contract or another legal obligation.

We check that the personal data we process about you is neither incorrect nor misleading, and we keep it up to date. Because what we do depends on your data being correct and current, we ask you to tell us about any relevant changes.

We delete your personal data when it is no longer needed

We delete your personal data once it is no longer necessary for the purpose that led us to collect, process and store it.

Vi indhenter dit samtykke, inden vi behandler dine persondata

We obtain your consent before processing your personal data for the purposes described above, unless we have a legal basis for obtaining it. Your consent is voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

If you are under 18, we always obtain consent from a parent or guardian in addition to your own before processing your personal data as described above.

Vi videregiver ikke dine persondata uden dit samtykke

If we pass your personal data on to partners and other parties, we obtain your consent and tell you what your data will be used for. You may object to this kind of disclosure at any time. We do not obtain your consent where we are legally obliged to disclose your personal data — for example as part of reporting to a public authority.

We have adopted internal rules on information security, containing instructions and measures that protect your personal data against destruction, loss or alteration, against unauthorised publication, and against access or disclosure to anyone who should not have it.

Dine rettigheder

You have the right to access your personal data

You have the right at any time to be told which data we process about you, where it comes from, and what we use it for. You can also be told how long we store your personal data and who receives data about you. On request, we can provide the data we process about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or deleted

If you believe the personal data we process about you is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases we will be obliged to delete your personal data — for example if you withdraw your consent. When you contact us with a request, we examine whether the conditions are met and, if so, make the changes or deletions as quickly as we can.

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data

You can use the contact details at the top of this page to send an objection. If your objection is justified, we will stop processing your personal data.

You may at any time complain about our processing of your personal data to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Borgergade 28, 5th floor, 1330 Copenhagen K.
